Are prices quoted in Naira?

Yes. All Suburban Cloud services are priced and invoiced in Naira, so the amount you pay is not affected by changes in the exchange rate.

How does hourly billing work?

Resources are metered by the hour for as long as they exist on your account. The monthly price is the maximum charge for a resource that runs for a full month, so a server deleted after a short test is billed only for the hours it was in use.

Is outbound data transfer included?

Each account includes a monthly allowance of outbound data transfer. Traffic within your private networks, and between App Engine and Object Storage, is not charged.

Do I need a US dollar card to pay?

No. You can pay by bank transfer to your dedicated virtual account or by Naira debit card. Corporate accounts may also be billed on monthly invoice.
